For lunch today, I made one of my favorite super stuffed hummus/veggie wrap! I added about 1/4 cup of hummus, romaine, shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, cucumber, red bell pepper, avocado, jalapenos and soy feta. I had a delicious little bunch of munchkin grapes and a bowl of grilled gazpacho soup that I bought at whole foods today. I was a little disappointed, because it wasn’t as great as I had hoped, so I only had about 1/2 of the bowl. The wrap was incredible though.. extremely messy, but delicious!
I’m off to my grandfather’s house to help him out with his new computer.. see you all later!

That wrap looks delicious…just like the ones I see in restaurants! What brand of tortillas do you use? I’ve been looking around for healthy vegan ones, but am having a hard time. Thanks and Happy 4th! :0)

Haha I was totally about to ask what brand of tortillas you used when I saw Allison’s comment. So ya, same Q! And sorry if you’ve mentioned it before!
