After I got back from my morning appointment, it was already lunchtime! I already knew I was going to have my whole wheat flagel that I bought yesterday from my local bagel store. I smeared it with a tbsp of peanut butter and a tbsp of raspberry preserves, and let it get all hot and melty. Yum! Alongside the bagel, I had a sliced banana (that I ended up putting into the bagel, and heated it up again.. melty banana goodness!) and I tried a new yogurt I found at Whole Foods yesterday; So Delicious Passionate Mango Coconut Milk Yogurt. It’s both soy and dairy free, so when I saw them, I knew I had to give them a try. One taste, and I am completely sold! These yogurts are by far the best non-dairy yogurts I’ve ever tried. They’re thick, rich, and super creamy, and the mango flavor was so sweet and authentic tasting. Craaazy good! So glad that I also bought the raspberry and vanilla flavors; I can’t wait to give them a try!

See you all later guys!

I just had one of those yogurts yesterday and in the same flavor! I was so amazed to find out they were soy-free.

That yogurt flavour sounds divine- I wish I could find that brand where I live! Have you ever tried the Cinnamon Bun flavoured soy yogurt? That’s the one I am just dying to try :)

I have tried the cinnamon bun yogurt, and it’s great! But I must say that this coconut milk yogurt is even better. ;)

Do you measure your pb and jam when you make your sandwich, or just eyeball it to be about a tbsp?

The flagel looks so delicious — what a great meal! I want to try that yogurt, too. I saw it on the Purely Decadent website but haven’t seen it in stores yet!
