Yum!! they both look so good. I want to make the pancakes this week. How many cups is 44 grams of flour? If I just use plain whole wheat will it still turn out similar? and no eggs?!
cant wait to try it!

44g of flour is about 1/3 of a cup. Plain whole wheat flour will turn out just fine. And nope, no eggs required! They’re vegan. ;)

I’d love to try some of your recipes for tempeh if you can post them!

mary- I actually don’t have any of my own recipes for tempeh. For the most part, I follow recipes from my cookbooks! But if I do come up with a personal recipe, I’ll be sure to post it. :)

Erica,
First allow me to say I love your blog! The french toast with caramilzed bananas are great! Another question if you don’t mind. How do you make sub pages as you did under your “Recipe” page?
Thanks,

Eli
