Serves 1
- 5 oz yves meatless ground (or any other veggie ground you have)
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- hot sauce (to taste)
- 2 tbsp of bbq sauce (I use 365 brand Chipotle Citrus)
- 1/4 cup of tomato sauce (I use 365 Roasted Garlic)
- 1/2 tsp taco seasoning
1. Chop the onion. Toss in a pan sprayed with some pam spray and cook until softened (about 3-4 minutes).
2. Toss in crumbled ground substitute and stir with onion. Let cook for about 2 minutes.
3. Add the hot sauce, bbq sauce, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Thin out with a tbsp of water if necessary.
4. Enjoy! Stuff it in taco shells with spinach, guacamole, salsa, and mexican cheese. Also works great in taco salads, burritos, etc.
